Created By Pilots
Earhart Landing is a private aviation community in Madisonville, Tennessee, purpose-built for pilots, aircraft owners, and aviation enthusiasts. We planned every homesite, hangar lot, and the 2,600-foot private airstrip to bring daily life and flying together in one secure, thoughtfully managed place.
Planned For Longevity
Knowing there was no comparable private airpark nearby, we assembled land, secured zoning and land use approvals, and obtained FAA airstrip certification before opening Earhart Landing. Defined HOA documents, clear plot maps, and aviation association memberships reflect a long-term plan for stability, safety, and responsible stewardship.
Guided By Aviation
From insulated 55' x 55' hangars with hydraulic doors to 2 to 4 acre homesites, every element is chosen for real-world flying. We focus on direct runway access, privacy, and a like-minded neighborhood so owners can enjoy a practical, enjoyable aviation lifestyle for years ahead.
